I would like to thank all the members of IDC for their excellent performance at the hospital installation in October. Without exception you responded to the frequesnt and diverse demands of re-cabling an operational hospital on time and on budget. In 2005 I was introduced to IDC communications. My Pinole Hospital was long over due to be re-cabled. I retained IDC for this purpose and was not disappointed. the IDC installers were polite, clean and always aware of the environment in which they were working. their approach to the job was professional. Time lines were established and always met. the most satisfying aspect was watching the IDC installers as they worked. I can remember saying to myself, “These guys are good!”. Every cable bundle was blocked abd flowed into its termination blocks. It was a work of art. finally, after years of hiring cable venders unable to meet my expectations, I was looking at a project being installed the way I would have insisted on when I was an installer.
We have since contracted with IDC to be our primary cable vender for all of our cabling needs at both of our Hospitals. IDC is currently installing wireless access points throughout our San Pablo campus, providing wireless IT and VOIP services to our existing infrastructure.
Beyond the quality of work that IDC brings to the project, I believe them to be a professional, dependable, and reputable company that places customer service as their highest priority.

We have been most pleased with the service that IDC provided for our cabling needs when we moved. When we move againor add space, we will contact IDC and have them do the cabling for our phones and computers. We used another company for the actual phone hardware set up on this last move, but in the future we will ask IDC to do that for us as well since we were so pleased with their other services.
